Vata Dosha (Air and Ether):

Qualities: Dry, light, cold, rough, subtle.

Functions: It governs the movement, communication, breathing, circulation, and activities of the nervous system.

Characteristics of Vata Dominant Individuals:
Body Type: Lean, light, and usually tall or short with bony or delicate features. Vata types usually have dry skin, thin hair, and cold hands and feet.

Energy Levels: Quick bursts of energy but may tire easily. They are usually active, restless, and on the go.

Mental Traits: They are creative and quick thinkers; they multitask well. However, they may be anxious at times, can easily worry a lot, and even overthink things.

Sleep Patterns: Light sleepers who have disrupted sleeping patterns. They may be subject to insomnia.

Digestion: Poor appetite, facing symptoms of bloating, gas, and constipation.

Imbalances: Anxiety, insomnia, dry skin, joint pains, and gastrointestinal problems are usually seen when the Vata type goes out of balance.
